A two-day science and technology policy conference in honor of Neal Lane, former Science Advisor to President Bill Clinton and University Professor and Professor of Physics and Astronomy at Rice University. (Note that the six clips for day 1 correspond to the first six sessions of the program, whereas the four clips comprising day 2 do not line up with the breaks between sessions.
