Williams School of Law, The Qur'anic Worldview: A Womanist Perspective, deals with the status of the interpretation of the Qur'an and the perspective shaped by its teaching and exposition in the hands of male scholars. She calls for a gender-inclusive reappropriation of Holy Scripture with the participation of women in the exposition of the Qur'an.
